In the grand tradition of getting a nose job to “fix a deviated septum”, America’s original “teen mom” Bristol Palin has gotten plastic surgery for “medical reasons”. The Dancing With The Stars contestant, and daughter of former Vice-Presidential Candidate/ Harbinger of the Apocalypse Sarah Palin, recently unveiled her new look, which includes a thinner face, higher cheek bones, and a pointier chin. Palin is claiming that she had corrective surgery to make her teeth and jaw bones line up better, because apparently the braces she wore as a child weren’t enough. Palin claims that the cosmetic improvement from the surgery, which she admits to loving and of which she remarked, “I look older, more mature, and don’t have as much of a chubby little baby face!” was merely a side effect. Wow, that’s some poor story telling. It looks more like she got liposuction on her neck area, maybe had her chin and jaw shaved down a little bit, and had either Botox or implants put into her cheeks. I’m no doctor, but I’m pretty sure that no one has ever died from having what amounts to an under-bite, so her story isn’t holding water, and odds are, that she got the surgery for purely cosmetic reasons. She does look better though, now if she could only removed the gland in her brain that cause her to make up ridiculous stories, she’d be going somewhere in life.

Sylvester Stallone’s ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen has nothing to hide. She reportedly had her procedures done on German television. She happily admits to having numerous cosmetic surgeries performed and she is proud about it. She’s had it all done facelift, eyelift, fat injections, liposuction, a breast lift and new teeth. Brigitte was quoted as saying; I know I am the first female celebrity in the world who has allowed herself to be filmed like that in an operating theater. I know I will be breaking a taboo. But I’m sure that it will provoke a new discussion. It’s time things change. I feel 30 and want to look that way again. The secrecy in Hollywood is annoying. You can see that the stars do not age naturally. It’s not right that the fans, the normal women, are lied to.” I have to give Brigitte credit unlike many celebrities that have gone under the knife she tells it all.

Brian has been a suspect since 2006 when he was only in his mid thirties. People say he has tightened up his cheeks and face. Even now when they are still such a young good-looking couple, the subject comes up with them because Megan has done so much already. Brian doesn’t like the spotlight of fame very much but its just something they will have to deal with. Just imagine once they get to 40 or God forbid 50. When you have a bandana permanently attached to your head and you also have your own reality dating show where you’re the prize, plastic surgery probably isn’t something you’re worried will make you look stupid. So is that what Bret Michaels did? Rumors abound that the Poison front man and reality star had surgery to make his stomach look more defined (either liposuction, or abdominal etching, where the muscles are sculpted to look more defined than they are. The next question is has Brett Michaels had plastic surgery on his face? The short answer is yes. He’s either had a facelift, or possible fat injections at various spots (brow, cheeks etc.), and to be honest, this rumor seems true, as Bret looks very different, and sort of swollen when compared to his younger days. Brett was also in a pretty bad car accident many years ago so that also could have been when he had his first cosmetic procedures.  However, his stomach seems to be natural. It looks more like he takes care of himself and eats healthy (being a diabetic, he has to), than that he had any surgery. So as with many stars, Bret Michaels probably had plastic surgery, just not as much as you’d think.

Hey folks! Remember Brendan Fraser? No, not the annoying, over-acting guy from Furry Vengeance, the really talented guy from Gods and Monsters and The Mummy. What do you mean they’re the same guy? Ugh. Well in an effort to rescue his career, Brendan Fraser went under the knife a few years back and got himself some plastic surgery. Rumors had him getting butt-implants, but those seem a bit ridiculous; in reality he got hair transplant surgery to fix his rapidly thinning scalp. It’s safe to say by the pictures taken right after the surgery that the plugs didn’t take too well at first. No folks, they looked downright horrible; like he stuck his finger in a light switch after getting his hair transplanted from a Barbie doll…if we’re being honest. Well these days, as he stars in Gimme Shelter and Escape From Planet Earth, they look a whole lot better, and so does he. So best of luck Brendan, but stay away from the wall socket just to be safe.

Brandi Glanville: Fake Housewife Gets Married For Real…Then Annulled

Oh Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you never get tired of acting like drunk seventeen year olds; today’s story is about plastic surgery superstar Brandi Glanville. The former Mrs. Eddie Cibrian, and the woman that inspired Leann Rimes breast implants (Rimes married Cibrian after he divorced Glanville, and then married Rimes, making Rimes visit to the same plastic surgeon border on stalker-ish), got married this past weekend…to her best friend…while they were drunk…in Vegas…it’s getting annulled. Like most impromptu Vegas weddings, Glanville only had a few people attend, but she was sure to invite her surgically augmented boobs, her Botox-ed forehead, and her seemingly implanted cheeks; so it was a good party. This kind of erratic behavior makes us think she’s probably going to make a plastic surgery mistake eventually and end up a freakshow. If she’s crazy enough to get married on a whim, she’s for sure crazy enough to get too much Botox.

Has Brad Pitt gotten more plastic surgery? Is Snooki about to get her first? Maybe and yes, respectively. Rumors have been flying around that some recent photos of the World War Z star leaving a spa revealed more than just a refreshed Pitt; instead it’s beleived that these photos (which have been aggresively pulled from the web by Pitt’s PR people) showed Pitt looking like he might have had some Botox or chemical peal work done. The pictures are gone now, so we’ll have to wait till we get a look at Pitt during awards season before we make a decision on this, but seeing as how he’s already had some work done, we wouldn’t be surprised if he’s had more.  As for Snooki, the Jersey Shore star has announced that she’s going under the knife soon to have her breasts augmented. She wants them the same size that they are now, but more perky; she’s reportedly going to use the same surgeon as her best buddy Jwoww. We’ll keep you posted as these stories develop.
