Courtney and her husband, actor David Arquette are your typical laid back West Coasters.  When asked in a magazine article about her views on cosmetic surgery Courtney responded that she felt cosmetic surgery can be a good thing. “A lot of people are overdoing Botox, but I think everything in moderation is fine. If it looks natural and it makes you feel better, do it,”

Seems Courtney is taking her own advice. I’d say she’s done a great job!

The former Friends actress is reportedly eager to get some work done so as to help reduce the signs of her aging however her husband seems to be totally against the idea.

The 46-year-old says that she is desperate to regain her old body she had before she gave birth to her daughter Coco. That was some time ago. She say that she thinks a little help form the plastic surgeons knife won’t hurt her. That is one baby belly that is hardly noticeable though really.

But rumors say her husband’s opinion may rule. David Arquette has reportedly instituted a ban and prohibited his wife from ever having plastic surgery. Is that because of a previous botox overdo job that Courtney said she hated or something else we don’t know about. Hmm lets see how that plays out.

Clint Eastwood is a legend. He is an Academy Award winning director of films like Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby, and an acting legend. More importantly to most men of the last few generations, he’s always been a pretty bad ass dude. I imagine he smells like lumber and beef jerky, and he would slap you dead in the face if you bad mouthed America. However, even the toughest guys in the world sometimes get plastic surgery.

Looking at pictures from as late as the early 2000s, and comparing them to pics from the last couple of years, it seems pretty clear that he had a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to lift the skin above his eyes up and make him look less like leather. Which sucks, because that’s what I dug about him, he looked like a baseball glove, and didn’t care. It’s also rumored he has laser skin resurfacing to take away some of his wrinkles. I don’t know folks, when Dirty Harry is having work done to look prettier, something is wrong with the world.

The famous actor Clint Eastwood showed some sings of plastic surgery at the Golden Globe Awards.  It looks like he got some face lift and probably couple of other procedures because his face looks definitely different than before, so many wrinkles and extra skin had fade away.

 The former "American Idol" contestant made the shocking confession on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" Tuesday that he's had a little work done.

But don't get the wrong idea. The guy's not vain or anything.

The 33-year-old "Measure of a Man" singer told "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen (via Us Magazine) that he decided to get a little touch-up done almost as an afterthought, while undergoing a procedure for a temporomandibular joint disorder.

"I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," Aiken admitted. "I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin.'"

During his stint on "Celebrity Apprentice" in January, Clay Aiken looked noticeably different than he did during his heyday in 2003 as the runner-up on Season 2 of "American Idol" -- and it turns out it wasn't just the passage of time.

The singer, 33, admitted to Andy Cohen on Tuesday's "Watch What Happens Live" that he did, indeed, undergo plastic surgery.

"I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," Aiken revealed on live TV, without specifying exactly when the procedure took place. "I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin."

It has been nearly 10 years (!) since Clay competed on American Idol and he has drifted in and out of the spotlight since then. Clay Aiken Admits to Having Liposuction

Clay Aiken recently appeared on live television and put to rest the plastic surgery rumors…by admitting that he has indeed had cosmetic surgery! Clay told “Watch What Happens Live” host, Andy Cohen:

Score one for honesty? Well, maybe…Clay’s chin not only looks more defined after having liposuction, but it looks quite a bit larger/wider. It appears that he may be fibbing a bit about his surgery being to correct a “TMJ thing”. Bite correction surgery for TMJ is reserved for severe cases, as there are plenty of non-surgical options. Also, bite correction surgery doesn’t typically result in a visible cosmetic change, and Clay Aiken’s chin has been drastically altered.

Claire Danes has been open about the possibility of plastic surgery.  She has said that everyone should be treated the same and if they want to have surgery they should be left out of the tabloids.

"These are real intimate personal decisions and I don't think anyone should judge anyone," she added.

"As long as people are aware of potential risks and they're working closely with a doctor, I say go for it," Danes told the source.

Don’t do it Cindy! Ugh, we should’ve known this would happen; Cindy Crawford is starting to get too much work done. We told you previously about the famed supermodel’s plastic surgery endeavors, and how well they had worked out for her, but we may have spoke too soon. The 45 year old was seen recently looking like she’s had a little too much filler (maybe something called Radiesse) injected into her cheeks (the look a bit too full), and more Botox put into her eyebrow region (giving her wider-eyed look). Last year, I began to document Cindy Crawford’s descent into Botox-faced tragedy. I had always liked Cindy – she radiated a healthy, accessible beauty, and she was one of the big supermodels that I grew up with. But in May of 2011, Cindy’s Botox-face took a turn for the worse – it looked like she had a bad batch of ‘Tox or something, and one of her eyebrows was stuck in a weird angle. And then in October, she started to look super-puffy, like she’d gone in for the motherlode of fillers.

Now, Cindy admitted years ago that she had gone in for Botox, and she wasn’t “above” some minor cosmetic work. But it gets to the point – and everyone gets to this point – where I have to ask: wouldn’t she look better had she not messed with her face at all? Whenever Hendricks wears any sort of push-up bra, there’s a clear separation between her breast and her chest plate, a sign that usually points to a boob job.

There’s also almost no space between her breasts from a cleavage standpoint, another sign that usually points to a breast augmentation. As always though, we must point out that Christina Hendricks has put a bot of weight on since that photo shoot, making it possible that her breasts just grew accordingly. However, I think she didn’t have a damn thing done to her face and she just won the genetic lottery. Her chest is another story though. She more than likely had breast augmentation, but she should have, so good for her. I have nothing mean to say, she beats cancer, and cancer sucks.

What a girl wants are better looks, and what a girl needs is money, Christina Aguilera has both. Out dated song reference aside,the former Mouseketeer turned Grammy Award winning pop superstar and current host of The Voice has had a career that has run the spectrum from huge commercial success to huge personal failure and back around again. So it’s no surprise that the “Genie in a Bottle”, “What a Girl Wants” and “Dirty” singer has had plastic surgery.

Looking at pictures from before she hit it big, it looks like she had a nose job (rhinoplasty) to take her nose from wide at the tip, to thin all the way down. It also made it more symmetrical, as her nostrils looked slightly uneven before. As she got older and more famous, she made the next logical (by celebrity logic at least) step and got a breast augmentation, and appears to have gotten at least one more since (although her pregnancy could have helped her most recent growth). She went from an A-cup, to a big C-cup, to what appears these days to be a DD-cup. Again, the most recent change could be from weight gain, but her breasts seemed to not lose any mass when she dropped her baby weight, so they’re more than likely the results of a second surgery (which left her with a tell-tale armpit scar).

 She also may have had Botox injections in her lips in recent years, as they seem even more plump and full than before. Finally, we have her shockingly fast loss of baby weight after her recent pregnancy, which led many to assume she had liposuction. This is the hardest to be sure of, because it’s just as likely that she used her fortune to get the best personal trainer in the business, than that she used to it buy the best surgeon. How much work Christina Aguilera has had done is probably going to remain a mystery, but one thing is for sure, she’s visited a plastic surgeon at least once.

“Christina Aguilera Plastic Surgery Shocker!” blares a headline from Star, which claims the singer “paid for her pumped-up rear end.”

The mag reports that at the American Music Awards on November 18, Aguilera “wore a form-fitting Pamella Roland gown that showed off a new, bizarrely perky bubble butt à la Kim Kardashian,” leading “experts” to speculate that she’s “recently spent some quality time with a plastic surgeon.”

Dr. Garo Kassabian, who has NEVER treated Aguilera, tells the tabloid, “It could be likely that she has had liposculpture to the waist and fat injection to the buttocks.”

Christina Aguilera is curvaceous and striking, and as we all know in the land of women, real women do have curves. The Voice judge has always been proud of her shapely beauty, but according to Star magazine, these curves could have been paid for. The magazine alleges that Aguilera received butt-implants before her appearance at the American Music Awards on the 18th of November.

Dr. Garo Kassabian, a plastic surgeon and part-time tabloid source, told the magazine, “It could be likely that she has had liposculpture to the waist and fat injection to the buttocks. This would create a more shapely rear and a thinner waist for a sexier silhouette.” However, these alleged butt-implants might also be phony, because according to other sources for the magazine, “[Aguilera] could have also been sporting foam or silicone ‘butt pads’ under her dress.”

These allegations came after Aguilera “wore a form-fitting Pamella Roland gown that showed off a new, bizarrely perked bubble butt a la Kim Kardashian” at the much-hyped American Music Awards earlier this month. So, either Aguilera snipped and ripped her butt with the assistance of a plastic surgeon, or she cut up those 80’s floral jackets and slapped some shoulder pads on her derriere. Either or, the new look doesn’t suit Aguilera at all. Instead of appearing curvaceous and beautiful, the singer looks like she’s hiding a tiny man-child (or possibly Justin Bieber) in her behind.

According to so-called gossip myth busters, there is no truth behind (excuse the pun) any of these allegations, and that the singer, in fact, appeared at the AMA’s as natural as humanly possible. Say what you want, myth busters, there’s nothing normal about carrying Justin Bieber in your back pocket.

Real women do have curves, but only if they’re not paid for.

And of course when people don’t see crow’s feet or laugh lines, and your skin remains taught and wrinkle free, that’s when the rumor mills start spinning.

According to Celebrity Plastic Surgery, there is speculation that Brinkley has gotten a brow lift, possible eye lid surgery and has most certainly undergone the use of Botox and face fillers like Juvederm and Restylane.

The justification for all of these declarations is that most women don’t age as well as Brinkley, no matter the exercise routines, genes or diet they keep.

Her forehead is wrinkle free, and the corners of her eyes are free from crow’s feet. Her skin is just as smooth now as it was decades ago, and it doesn’t appear to have any sort of sun damage.

Thin evidence for speculation, but since no doctors have stated they’ve performed procedures, and Christie Brinkley plastic surgery rumors haven’t been addressed by the long term model either to confirm or deny them, speculation is really all that we and the tabloids have to go on.

Reality check: Her face does not move, which is a surefire indication of using botox. While looking at Jennifer Aniston’s treatments, and checking out Sandra Bullock’s plastic surgery that supposedly enhanced their careers, then why wouldn’t Christa go under the knife?

Dr. Anthony Youn makes a case by stating, “It appears to me that she has had her lips injected with a filler, likely Restylane, and she may have had fat grafting to her cheek or possibly cheek implants.”
He further states how she appears to have had botox and had openings on her upper eyelids.
