It’s July 4th! Happy Independence Day! So as you sit around eating hot dogs, watching fireworks, and pretending to like you Aunt Janine’s “famous” macaroni salad, we here at celebrity plastic surgery will honor America in our own special way: by deciding if the president has had plastic surgery! It’s a known fact that the ladies love Barack Obama, but was he always so handsome? Looking back at old photos, taken while he was in law school, it looks like his nose has undergone some changes. It looks like it was slightly bigger overall, and rounder at the tip, where as now it’s a little thinner on the bridge and slightly sharper at the tip. It seems entirely possible that he had  a conservative nose job (rhinoplasty) sometime between law school and his starting a political career. However, because the difference is so slight, it’s also entirely possible that he just aged this way. It’s really too close for us to decide, so put down your sparklers, get your feet out of the kiddie pool, never mind little Billy (seven is old enough to play with fireworks…don’t quote me on that), and look at the pics and decide for yourselves.

If you’re going to make a career out of being a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl, and a name for yourself in the media by dating Leonardo DiCaprio, it safe to say that you’re probably gorgeous. Well, Bar Refaeli doesn’t disappoint, and she’s as gorgeous as you’d assume a woman with that kind of resume would be. However, like most models, there’s always been rumors that the Israeli-born beauty isn’t all natural, and whispers of a nose job (rhinoplasty) and a breast augmentation have followed her throughout her career. Well folks, once again, the rumor mill seems to be batting .500; Bar Refaeli almost definitely has breast implants, but that nose is hers. When making an assessment of Bar, most surgeons agree that her breasts, while very well done and very natural looking, are just too wide for her frame, and seem to float in a strange matter when she’s been photographed swimming (in these cases, the implant is shifting around the pocket). These are both tell-tale signs of a boob job. Surgeons can’t make the same conclusions about her nose though, as the minor changes it’s undergone since her youth appear to just be the result of aging and great genetics (her mother was also a successful model). Before she lit up screens with her bombshell good looks, Pain and Gain star Bar Paly was just you regular, run-of-the-mill highly paid Israeli model. However, something, or shall we say “somethings” led to her going from a pretty face to a full fledged actress. Those “things” are her huge breasts…and maybe some acting talent, but we’re going to stick to talking about her breasts. Now the question arises as it always does: are they real? We unfortunately can’t say for sure whether Bar Paly has had plastic surgery or not, because the older pics we can find where here cleavage looks smaller look a little doctored and may have been before a growth spurt (we also don’t know how old she is). However, we can say that her breasts seem a little large for her frame and seem a little too perfect to be real. So did Bar Paly have plastic surgery? We don’t know folks, take a look at her and judge for yourselves.

Axl Rose was a good-looking guy and now he looks strangely plastic.

When you look at him today you have to think to yourself “oh no.” Poor Axl, he really fell off the cliff, from such stardom to an odd sideshow act. As far as his face goes it’s an unnamable something that was stretched one way or another with the end result being a big negative. You don’t see any glaring differences, rumors are the skin around his eyes, face lift, cheek implants and chemical peel. In this case it’s not that any drastic mistake was made, it’s the sum of subtle changes that don’t add up. The worst might be the chemical peel that left his skin looking… well, it looks peeled. We don’t imagine he is going to fess up to any of this.

Combine that with his never good but always getting worse sense of style, and the tweaked, tense look he always seems to have on his face in photos and what do you have? You have a Hollywood image implosion! Oh and add to the mix his strange erratic behavior but that almost doesn’t count because rock stars are allowed that. But Axl was a star and no longer is a star so that free pass is losing its validity. Shoulda stayed outa the jungle baby. Kudos for the music though, it did rock.

Pop punk diva Avril Lavigne appears to have had some extra lushness added to her upper half. The before and after pictures never lie. The before picture of Avril shows what looks like an A cup. Fast forward to the after picture and you can see Avril has grown 2 cup sizes to a C cup now. I was thinking maybe Avril is wearing a push up bra for a bustier effect, but she is a C cup now in every recent picture of her. I’m starting to notice that Avril has slowly started to resemble a Barbie Doll. Is more plastic surgery in Avril’s future?

Rumors Audrina Patridge Plastic Surgery Before and After

With the recent cancellation of her show Audrina, former The Hills star Audrina Patridge recently sat down for an interview where she not only talked about the failure of her self-titled reality program, but also about all of the plastic surgery rumors that surround her. For years, she’s faced rumors that she’s had a breast augmentation; rumors which are very obviously true (nobody’s breasts grow like that). However, she’s also been the subject of rumors about her eyes and lips, rumors she denies…and blames on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery addiction. In fact, she was quoted as saying, “They always ask me about that because of Heidi and there’s all these rumors and they all say I’ve had, like, six procedures, and I’m, like, ‘Where do you get that? ‘. Look at the pictures. I fluctuate in weight a lot. And as far as my face, I’d never had anything done.”. So what do we think? Like we said, the boob job is obvious, but her lips could just be her weight, and the change in the alignment of her eyes could have been a prism treatment or some other non-invasive procedure. We can’t say for sure either way, but we wish Audrina the best of luck in her post-reality television career.

The new cast of The Celebrity Apprentice was recently revealed, and wow, Donald Trump has basically assembled a Celebrity Plastic Surgery all-star team for this season. The cast includes former American Idol winner and recipient of various facial procedures, Clay Aiken; Growing up Gotti star and nose-job lover, Victoria Gotti; 80s pop star Debra Gibson and her new nose; plastic surgery lover and former Danity Kane star, Aubrey O’day; and Real Housewives/Plastic Princesses Teresa Guidice and Nene Leakes. There’s a whole lot of plastic in this bunch, enough that it might give them an unfair advantage over the other contestants and their pesky natural features. Okay, there probably won’t be any advantage, but they’ll dominate any challenge that involves silicon or Botox.
