Amanda Holden the former winner of Britain’s Got Talent competition has recently admitted to having botox injections on her forehead and on the top of her nose. She said that whenever her make up artist did her up, he would have to cake the creases on her forehead and around her eyes and she hated seeing that. She gets her botox injections in South Africa.

She further added that having botox is similar to getting your roots done and that if you don’t go insanely over the top then you will be fine. Anyway she looks beautiful enough, “holden” together well for just turning 40, its even hard to tell that she has had botox in the pictures perhaps a little brow inflexibility. We believe some fillers and lazer wrinkles are in use as well.

She idolizes Joan Rivers and she says she would like to grow old just like her, gracefully and still look stunning in the process.

The only thing I like better than when child stars grow up to be absolute train wrecks is when they grow up to be hot chicks (no thanks to you, Olsen Twins). I also don’t mind when they grow up to actually become talented actors and actresses. Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes is a double whammy, as she’s actually pretty funny to watch on screen, and is smokin hot. However, I can’t help but notice that she’s changed a little bit in recent years. Looking at older photos and looking at her now, you can’t help but notice that her cheeks look a little more pronounced, maybe the result of a cheek lift. Her lips also look a little fuller, perhaps from botox? Personally, I just think she grew up, but considering her recent semi-obsession with being seen as an adult and not a child actor, plastic surgery in not out of the question. In addition to persistent rumors that she had breast augmentation surgery years ago (as well as recent rumors that she had her implants removed…quitter), recently it has looked an awful lot like she’s had work done to her face. Her wider eyes lead many to believe that the former Charmed star, had a brow lift. Personally, I agree, and think she looked better before, but still looks great. Aly Michalka is only twenty-two years old, and she’s already got a strong career as an actress, model, and singer/songwriter…she’s also apparently got fake boobs. Growing up in front of audiences as a star of the children’s show Phil Of The Future, Aly (most recently of Easy-A and Hellcats) didn’t appear to be naturally endowed with any sort of breasts (she was probably a small A-cup). However, a few years ago, suspiciously around the time when it would be legal for her to get breast augmentation surgery, she had a massive growth spurt in the chest region. Now she walks around with what appears to be at least a C-cup. That’s awesome for her, only problems are that almost no one has growth spurts like that, and when they do, they usually gain weight (she didn’t) and don’t have a really wide space between their breasts. It seems that while she had a good surgeon and her new chest looks great, there’s a bit too much chest plate separating her breasts. As we all know, these signs all point to plastic surgery. Aly Michalka may look good, but she’s not fooling anyone.

Ally Walker’s career has come a long way since playing Jean-Claude Van Damme’s damsel in distress in Universal Soldier, and apparently, so has her nose. The actress, who went on to star in movies like While You Were Sleeping and Singles before finding a home on television as the star of The Profiler (Get the title now?), is once again in the spotlight as the star of The Protector, and looks great for her age. However, during a recent stint on Sons Of Anarchy, it was hard not to notice that her nose seemed to look remarkably different than it did in the past. Her once small and button-ish nose, now looks longer and more pointy at the tip (also slightly crooked at times), clear signs that she most likely got a nose job (rhinoplasty), and maybe a somewhat botched one at that. Some suspect that she’s also had a face lift, but her thinned out bone structure is probably just age and lighting, and not a surgeons work. There’s nothing really wrong with a woman her age having some work done to stay fresh for the camera, but looking at the slant in her nose, she probably should have had better work done.

Five time Grammy-award winning singer Alicia Keys is rumored to have had a rhinoplasty. Gossip busy bodies discovered a yearbook photo of Keys, and noticed some obvious changes to her nose. The change in her nose could be blamed on the maturation process, but that just ain’t so. One plastic surgeon told the writers of this website that it definitely looks like she had a rhinoplasty. The tip of her nose is not as pudgy, the sides of her nose are narrower, and the bridge of her nose is squarer. Some have suggested that Keys’ surgery is an attempt to distance herself from her black ancestry. Despite her reasons to have a rhinoplasty, African American listeners have embraced the soulster’s music. Keys, who was reared by her white mother, raised eyebrows in 2008 when she said gangsta rap was created to encourage black-on-black crime. But, she really earned the label “homewrecker” in 2009 when she hooked up with and got pregnant by a married man, record producer Swizz Beatz.

Alicia Douvall is finally done visiting the surgeon’s office. You may not be familiar with her work, in fact a lot of people outside of the UK aren’t, but she’s a glamour model who has had so much plastic surgery that she’s become what we like to call “a plastic surgery celebrity”. Her plastic surgery resume began at the age of 17 (she’s now 32), and includes over 50 cosmetic procedures. She’s had 7 nose jobs (rhinoplastys), 15 breast augmentations, cheek implants, “toe surgery” (even we’re not too sure what that means) and multiple other nips and tucks. Her obsession with plastic got so bad that at one point, surgeons in the UK started refusing her service; this led to her traveling the world in pursuit of plastic perfection. Alicia says that she blames the obsession on her father, who called her ugly when she was a child. She credits her new, health obsessed lifestyle for her decision to stop going under the knife, and we’re glad. She isn’t perfect, but she’s not a disaster yet, and still has an attractive, albeit extremely fake look to her. She didn’t quit while she was ahead, but she quit before it was too late, and for that, we congratulate her.

As for her body, that’s just good old fashioned starvation; on the bright side, it disproves our theory that she had breast augmentation at a very early age. How does it do that? Well, if she had breast implants she’d still have breasts right now, and…well…she doesn’t. The whole weight loss thing is allegedly part of her new push for a modeling career, but that doesn’t make her look any less disturbing. Needless to say, Celebrity Plastic Surgery is not impressed.

Alfredo Palacios is one of Mexico’s leading voices on fashion…and apparently their best Mickey Rourke impersonator. We don’t know much about the man, but we know he visits the plastic surgeon enough that it’s a problem. At first glance, just based off of the smoothness and overdone nature of most of his facial features, we can tell that he’s had at least a face lift, a brow lift, a nose job, and injections of Botox or Restylane all over his face and in his lips. He also may have had a hair transplant procedure done, as his mop looks a bit fake. All of this work has given him the always scary “puppet face” look, and more specifically has made him look like a puppet version of the guy from The Wrestler. Maybe he can make extra money doing birthday parties or something. Regardless, Alfredo Palacios is yet another case of plastic surgery gone horribly wrong.

Alexis Bellino is known for a few things: being on The Real Housewives Of Orange County, being a terrible newscaster, and having a ton of plastic surgery. However, she seems to be doing her best to make people forget about that last one. Bellino, who once said that god would want her to have plastic surgery, has by some accounts had a breast augmentation, a nose job (a rhinoplasty that she has admitted to, although she tempered her admittance with some “deviated septum” hooey), Botox injections, a chin implant, cheel implants, and some sort of lip enhancement; so says that’s she done with all that now though. The key word is “now” as Bellino said in a recent interview “I am not someone who is desperate to get back for my next nip and tuck. In 20 or 30 years if I think I need it … I hope I don’t …I may get a little work on my face done.” We’re not buying it folks, all it’ll take is one week out of the spotlight and she’ll be back on the surgeon’s table; we’ll keep you posted on Alexis Bellino’s plastic progress.

Not all plastic surgeries are created equal, some trump others. In my book, the mother of all surgeries would have to be gender re-assignment surgery. This brings us to Alexis Arquette. Besides the desire to have a woman’s body parts, Alexis is best known as the sibling of actors, David and Patricia Arquette. Alexis became a woman pretty much before our eyes, as we saw him as a man in films like Pulp Fiction, then a cross dresser in The Wedding Singer, and finally today we see him on red carpets and reality shows as a full on transgendered woman. More power to him, if you don’t want what god gave you, chop it off and start over. Also in his transformation to from he to she, he got herself some breast augmentation and appears to have had perhaps a brow lift, that’s a lot of work! With all that said and done, Alexis looks the part, and if you don’t agree, she can probably beat the crap out of you.

There are many “rights of passage” in our culture. Whether it be a Jewish boy having his Bar Mitzvah, or a Native American finding his spirit animal, our world is rife with these grand traditions. However, few things can hold a candle to the grand tradition of adult stars getting plastic surgery, and former star turned alleged prostitute Alexia Moore has been happy to continue this long standing ritual. Beginning her career as a rather average looking girl with thin lips, Alexia underwent countless Botox treatments and a possible lip implant in order to gain the “trout pout” look that seems all the rage these days. Somewhere between The Godfather Part 3 and now, Al Pacino has done two things almost for certain. One, he has played the same character in every movie (“Guffaw! I’m so gruff and angry, and my voice RANDOMLY GETS LOUDER!” sweet impression right?), and two, he has had plastic surgery. In an effort to look like a younger person who has no control over their voice’s pitch, the Academy Award winner has reportedly had a lot of work done. He has had a brow lift, face lift, and a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). As you can see in the pics, people tend not to look younger as they get older, doesn’t matter how many times you say “Who-ah”.

Aida Yespica Plastic Surgery Venezuelan Beauty Queen Has Fakes

Aida Yespica is famous overseas for one reason and one reason only: her measurements. Coming in with the elusive 36-24-36, Aida has made a name for herself competing in the Miss Venezuela pageant, going on Italian and Spanish reality shows, and gracing the covers of magazine like Maxim and GQ.

However, her career defining attributes look like they should really be credited to her plastic surgeon, as Aida’s chest size is almost surely the result of a very well done breast augmentation.

The size, shape (they’re too wide for her frame), hang, and shine of her breasts all indicated that she has implants, there’s no doubt about it. As a professional pretty girl, there’s really nothing wrong with her having had a little work done, and the surgeon did a great job, but if she’s going to keep going down the path of the reality star, we wouldn’t be surprised if she gets carried away eventually and ends up a disaster.

Today, we’re talking about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, of the insanely rich Maloof family, and that’s it, she has not actual talent or reason for being famous. Anyway, Maloof has had a ton of plastic surgery throughout her life, enough that we couldn’t find a picture that we were confident would fit the description of “before”. However, we can confidently say that at some point, Adrienne Maloof has had a nose job (making her nose as thing and pinched at it currently looks), lip work (probably Restalyne injections to make them fuller and more plump), and various injections of Botox around her face (making her skin look as tight as it does). Now she doesn’t look terrible just yet, but she’s on her way; she’d better stop now before it’s too late.

 

Adrienne Bailon Plastic Surgery: New Boobs? Or New Bra?

Adrienne Bailon is famous for being a member of pop group The Cheetah Girls; that’s according to my 8 year old niece…and according to my 18 year old nephew, her breasts seem to be getting bigger.

I really wish her name was pronounced “Bay-Leen”, just so I could say, “Bailon? More like Saline!”…HA! What? No? Well anyway, the singer/actress, who originally made it big as a member of girl group 3LW and most recently has been gaining attention for dating Robert Kardashian of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and Vinny from Jershey Shore seems to have fuller breasts than she did a few years back.

Looking back at her younger days, she always seemed to be fairly well endowed, but the fullness and roundness she’s shown in her cleavage recently make it seem an awful lot like she got a breast augmentation. Now, this could be a combination of age and a water bra, but something about them just screams “implants”. Adrianne Palicki, star of Friday Night Lights, Supernatural, and (*wretch*) Wonder Woman is a curious case for the team here at Celebrity Plastic Surgery. Her breasts are fairly large, and seem very nice, but are they hers? Just judging by size, most would say that they’re real, but we’re going to have to go ahead and say that they’re not hers; instead, we think that Adrianne Palicki has had a very modest breast augmentation that probably took her fro a B-cup to a C-cup. We’re making this decision based on the difference in size between her “then” and “now” photos, their ultra-round shape (which is especially noticeable when she wears a push-up bra), and their gravity-defying hang. It seems that no matter what the G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Red Dawn star is wearing, he breasts stick straight out. She’s still very young, so it’s entirely possible that she’s just been given a great set of breasts by fate or luck or what-have-you, but we think that her breasts are less “divine intervention”, and more “plastic surgeon’s scalpel”. Either way, she looks great, and we’re rooting for her…so long as she doesn’t ever make us watch Wonder Woman again.

It’s always a bit strange when young celebrities get plastic surgery so soon after becoming famous; it makes us wonder why they didn’t just do it a little earlier and avoid having people speculate about their changes in appearance. Former America’a Next Top Model, Surreal Life, and My Fair Brady star, and in-demand model Adrianne Curry falls into this catagory, although there’s not much to speculate about, considering she openly admits to having had plastic surgery (some of it was featured on her reality show). The young reality star has had a breast augmentation (she got it because she claims that her breasts used to be two vastly different sizes), and appears to have had a nose job (a rhinoplasty that made her nose significantly smaller, more pointy, and thinner). The surgeries turned out great, and her surgeon should really be commended; we tried our best to find something wrong with her, but we had nothing, she looks great, congrats.

Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Adriana Lima has some secrets of her own, and the only person that she shares them with is her plastic surgeon. It seems that she’s had work done on both her lips, and her breasts. Her lips appear to be fuller and more “snake bitten” now than they used to be, which points to either Botox, or an upper lip implant. As for her apparent breast augmentation, there is no bra, no matter how padded, that can take from almost flat chested, as she was when she first started modeling, to her current buxom look. When asked for his opinion, one surgeon said, “In my opinion supermodel Adriana Lima has definitely undergone breast augmentation.  When I compare her earlier pictures to her current ones there is an absolute difference in her shape. The surgeon gave her an appropriate size for her frame and made them exceptionally symmetrical. I think that the implants look wonderful on her!”. The proof is undeniable, she went from no boobs, to large ones, so it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out that a breast surgeon was involved. So for someone that makes a living selling make-up and push-up bras, Adriana Lima doesn’t rely on them…she relies on plastic surgery instead.
