Donatella Versace probably isn’t as renowned a fashion designer as her late brother Gianni, but she’s certainly had far more plastic surgery than he ever did. Donatella is one of those not-as-rare-as-we-wish-they-were kind of people that go flat out overboard with their surgeries. Trying to stave off the effects of age and a naturally homely appearance (she used to look like the lady that ran my local pizza shop), she has had multiple facelifts to the point where her skin looks way too tight, and way too stretched.

She looks kind of like when you put a picture of silly putty and then pull it apart, except it’s not funny because she’s a real person, so it’s just terrifying. She also had either some substance injected in her lips, or had permanent implants, because they look so swollen that she appears to be wearing those wax lip things I used to get when I’d go trick or treating (ask yourself: Did you try to eat them? I know I did). Basically, without putting out that much more negative energy, she is what happens when plastic surgery goes wrong, plain and simple.

Donatella's case is another case in which the real thing would have undeniably been better. Donatella has undergone so many cosmetic surgeries she is barely recognizable! Besides her awful tan, platinum blond hair, large wide cheek implants and oddly shaped lips, it’s her chest that undoubtedly gets the epic fail.

Her breasts are plump, round, hard and look utterly ridiculous with the rest of her sagging body parts. There comes a time you just have to accept gravity has taken over and be happy with what you’ve got. Getting boobs meant for a 20 year old will just make it worse.



Unfortunately, Donatella got overboard with her surgeries. Trying to delay the effects of age and improve her ordinary look, she has had multiple facelifts to the point where her skin seems way too tight and way too stretched. It won't be an exaggeration to claim that Donatella looks terrifying.

It is more than obvious that Donatella had either some substance injected in her lips or had permanent implants.

To conclude, Donatella is what happens when plastic surgery goes wrong. Too sad that she has spent a fortune to look like this...

Sometimes people can’t decide what to buy at the store. I do this all the time. I pick up one bag of chips, then put them back and grab another one. Then I grab apples, but put them back because I want grapes. I just can’t stick to a decision. Don Johnson has done this with his nose. Looking back in the 70s, the Miami Vice and Nash Bridges star had a very small nose, which was thin at the tip and short overall. Then looking at him in the 80s, during his heyday, his nose was a little longer and had a wider tip.

Now, we see him with a mid-ground. He has the longer nose and a thinner tip. This says to me that he has had at least two nose jobs (rhinoplasty). There’s also evidence that he may have had a face lift, seeing how tight his skin looks, but that could be anything from botox, to too much tanning, to make up. One thing is for sure thought, like his career, his nose has gone up and down.

Apparently at some point in time, Don Johnson was widely known to be bigger in the pants than he is in the box office. Just in case you were thinking of using him for his body, though, he wants to clarify: The ‘Miami Vice’ star is not shaped like the panhandle.

“I mean, it must have shown on my face, because when I turned back to Larry, he looked at me and said, ‘I know, huh?’ and I was like, ‘Dude, that’s a weapon.’”

Turns out that the only heat Don Johnson was packing was his on-set glock. Watch where you point that thing, bro.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror, the burlesque star said she does not understand why there is such a fuss about plastic surgery.

Okay Celebrity Plastic Surgery Surveyors, we know that it’s only a guest appearance, but we thought it was only appropriate to talk about returning Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dina Manzo today. Why? Well simply put, she’s oneof the least overdone cast members in the show’s history, and we like to single out people for keeping it natural just as much as we like to blast them for getting too much plastic surgery. So with that said, let’s take as look at Dina Manzo’s relatively small plastic surgery profile…

Much like her sister Caroline, Dina appears to have opted to keep things pretty natural in every area except her chest. The contentious cousin of Teresa Guidice had a breast augmentation around 2000 that took her all the way up to a D-cup; we don’t know what she looked like before, because ten years ago the idea of watching a bunch of people from Jersey yell at each other for an hour every week was still wisely considered stupid. However, we do know what she looked like after, and while she didn’t look bad, her breasts did appear to be a bit too big for her frame (unlike her sister, who carries a little more weight and therefore looks appropriate with her giant lady parts), and she never really seemed to be too comfortable with them, as she didn’t flaunt them like most “Real Housewives” would. Claiming that she was in fact uncomfortable with her cup size (she remarked in an interview that she never got a hang of dressing them, as she had trouble walking the line between sexy and tacky), as well as in constant pain from the added weight on her back, she got a reduction a couple of years back that brought her down to a much more frame-fitting C-cup. Her new chest fits her perfectly, and she’s looked great in all of her recent appearances. According to Manzo, he cosmetic endevours end there,and we believe her…we think.

Looking at Dina Manzo’s face, we have to say that she’s either had nothing done to it, or has just had minimal cosmetic enhancements performed. Her nose appears to be hers, as it’s imperfect, but looks very nice on her face; it also looks like her sister’s, so unless they got a package deal, it’s probably just a genetic trait. Her eyes would be the only other part of her face open to debate over whether she’s had major work done, as they seem a bit bright for a woman her age, but they seem to be more the product of personal upkeep and a good make-up case than they do eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The one thing it seems she’s partook in was some injectables, but even that’s not a sure thing. Her skin looks great, and it could be the result of Botox, Juvederm, and Restylane injections, but it also could just be the result of a good diet and some time in the mirror. We’re going to try and be nice for once, and we’re going to say that she’s had a minimal amount of injectables to keep her wrinkle-free; but not any more than your average woman would get if she had the cash.

Overall, Dina Manzo has done a good job of bucking the trend that most of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have followed; as she’s kept her looks pretty natural and managed to stay looking pretty great. We can’t make any predictions on the future, because trying to guess what someone from New Jersey is going to do is like trying to predict the winning lotto numbers using a book written in brail…it’s hard…that’s what that meant.

We hope she leaves well enough alone though, and doesn’t continue to shrink her nose anymore. Lea Michele has been very open about her refusal to get a nose job and how it’s been great for her career. However, her co-star Dianna Agron isn’t in the same boat! The 25-year-old blonde beauty admitted to David Letterman Aug. 2 she’s had surgery twice on her nose!

Apparently the first time was in high school after she broke it in high school and the second was more recently while on tour with Glee.

“I didn’t go to the doctor the first time because I didn’t want to tell my mom what had happened and she would never let me out of the house,” Dianna said during her interview.

“And the second time, I couldn’t get it fixed because we were in the middle of doing this concert tour and we were filming. We had a day off and I met up with some of my friends and we were dancing,” she said, explaining, “And again, there was another collision of sorts – I must be turning too quickly, people don’t see me coming or something – but it’s fixed now!”

We haven’t known Dianna since she’s been in high school, so it’s hard for us to see any difference in her face can you?

Glee‘s Dianna Agron chatted to David Letterman this week about how she broke her nose twice, but it’s now “fixed,”  leading everyone to jump to the conclusion that she’s had a nose job (a.k.a. rhinoplasty.)

That may, or may not be true, and it’s really hard to tell the difference between Dianna’s nose now, and in 2009 (which is before Dianna says a doctor told her about her deviated septum.)

Deviated Septum is often code word for “I’ve had a cosmetic nose job” in girl-world (esp. in Hollywood.) Whether this surgery (if it happened at all) was needed, was purely vane, or a little of both, doesn’t really matter. It’s a matter of course in Hollywood, and besides, you can barely tell the difference. In fact, from her wording on Letterman, she doesn’t even seem to admit to having “any” procedure. It almost sounds like she’s saying that the second time she got punched in the face fixed the problems that developed from the second time.

She did have detailed stories about the nose breakages. The first time was at a high school party, when a drunk girl accidentally threw a punch in Dianna’s face that was meant for a dude. She didn’t tell her mom about her nose, because she was afraid she would never let her leave the house again. A doctor told her last year that she had a deviated septum, but she didn’t get it fixed because she was in the middle of shooting a season of Glee. She then got punched in the face again during a Glee tour, and now says it’s fixed.

Sometimes the question isn’t, “Did she have plastic surgery?” it’s, “ How much plastic surgery did she have?”. Demi Moore is a perfect case of the latter. In fact, some reports have Mrs. Ashton Kutcher (seriously folks, there’s at least one generation that only knows her for that reason) spending over half a million bucks on a full body make-over that included liposuction in all the major areas and a redone boob job (she had a breast augmentation done previously, which she kind of admits to, as you can tell by her being an A-cup in the 80s, and a C-cup in the 90s).

Like I said before, she admitted recently to having work done below the neck, but still denies having anything done to her face, but no one is buying it. Comparing her pictures these days to those from 20 years ago (man, this article is making everyone feel old), it looks like she’s at least gotten a nose job (rhinoplasty), making her nose thinner and pointier, and had eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), since her eyes have gotten wider and brighter with age. She’s also almost definitely had a lot of Botox injections (her skin is a bit too smooth for her age), is rumored to have had a brow lift (not sure about that one), and may have had work done on her chin (her jaw looks sharper, but that can come from weight loss). She looks great these days, but it’s cost her a boatload of cash, and she seems like a prime candidate for getting out of control, especially as she’s trying to stay youthful for her much younger husband. This won’t be the last we hear from Demi Moore folks, so stay tuned.

Rumer Willis is the oldest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. She has recently turned twenty two. Apart from being the daughter of Demi and Bruce, she is famous because she has appeared in several films. Rumer has often been made fun of because of her facial appearance even though she has a great body. This is probably because she has a very beautiful mother and a very handsome dad so it’s kind of odd for her to not be as beautiful. But perhaps she is just now blossoming.

Rumer knows that she’s not perfect or, as she put’s it, not a “cookie cutter beauty”, but she goes on to say that she’s genuinely happy with herself and in this life that’s all that matters. That’s a healthy attitude we all can applaud.

However, in contrast to her comments, it is rumored that she might have done something to her face. A probable nose job was first noticed by the public a while back and then over the years her face has gotten thinner, thus revealing her beautiful cheekbones. It has also been reported that she has had some work done on her chin. A gradual weight loss has been noticed and looking at her photos now it is evident that her body has changed since it now seems to be more sculpted if you will. Could this be simply a young woman maturing. Of course, nothing has been confirmed by Rumer herself or other credible sources, so we are left to judge and speculate for ourselves.

Demi Moore has recently confirmed the rumors about her having plastic surgery. The 47 year old confessed this in an interview with Elle magazine. Denial would be a little silly now but selective denial is still worth a shot apparently. She claims that the plastic surgery was not performed on her face but on her body only. I would not rule out the possibility of having more plastic surgery in the future, the mother of three added to the interview. Which means, over in reality world, that she is getting ready to do all kinds of things that she knows she won’t be able to hide.

Demi Moore is of course the wife of the young and handsome Ashton Kutcher but this story began long before that. Maybe that is the secret to her success snagging Kutcher. There has often been speculation on whether or not she has had some work done for quiet a while now and she finally put the speculations to rest in the interview. However people still think that’s she has also had some work on her face that she is not being totally honest about. But then we will just have to wait another 20 years until she opens up again to confirm that or we can just believe what we see. Currently though, she is holding together pretty well for her age… with make-up at least. She has paid well for this work, see below.

Many plastic surgery sites and blogs beleive that Demi is stretching the truth.To be more exact, on his blog, plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia asserts, "Demi Moore looks great and plastic surgery has been involved. The last time she had any I don’t know, but she has flirted with the knife. She denied it recently. I figure that she was misquoted."

His opinion is backed up by plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who states on his blog, "The lady doth protest too much, me think."
And what's Demi’s response to all those blogs and experts that doubt her plastic surgery claims? Via Twitter, Demi stated, "All this garbage that came out today about me is nothing more than an effort to diminish not just me but all women. Diminishing us by continually measuring women based on how we look. Or dont look. Creating comparisons instead of connections Say no 2 that!"

Now 49 years old, Demi looks undeniably better than ever. She has attributed her recently rejuvenated appearance to unnamed expensive products as well as natural therapies, including leech therapy and some nameless treatments... My my my Deena, look how you’ve changed. It looks like the Jersey Shore plastic surgery trend shows no sign of stopping, as Deena Cortese (we believe the kids are calling her “Meatball 2″ or some other beef-related product) seems to have gone under the knife. She’s actually admitted to having had a nose job in the past (before she was famous), but has sworn up and down that she’d never had work done (none of that was a typo, she apparently doesn’t consider rhinoplasty to be  plastic surgery procedure). Well Celebrity Plastic Surgery Surveyors, it looks like she may have lied, because she’s lost some weight in a couple of places pretty quickly.

First up, we’ll take a look at her nose; which appears to have recently lost some girth. She’s said before that she’d consider going back under the knife to have her nose rounded out, and it looks like she has done just that. Her nose, despite being post-rhinoplasty, was still pretty large before and had a certain sharpness to it (it had a beakish quality to it actually), but now it’s softer and more streamlined. It’s altered the entire look of her face, but it’s not the only thing that’s changed the look of her mug, her weight loss has changed things too.

You don’t get a meat-based nickname without having a little extra weight on you, so obviously Deena was a little on the hefty side of things. However, she’s recently been showing a much slimmer look in her stomach, face, and pretty much everywhere. This has lead to some strong rumors that she had liposuction, but we’re not really sure that we totally agree. It looks like she actually might have put in the work in the gym and the kitchen to take the pounds off; since liposuction doesn’t usually lead to this kind of uniform and “clean” weight loss (her body seems to be handling the loss appropriately in regards to her skin and muscle-tone, rapid surgical weight loss doesn’t usually do this). Strangely enough, her breasts don’t seem to have lost any size, but instead look a bit better and less sloppy than before. This could mean that she had liposuction (keeping her chest but losing her gut) and a breast lift, or it could just be that she went and got the lift after losing the weight naturally. We really don’t know folks, but she definitely looks a lot more healthy than before.

Whatever Deena Cortese of The Jersey Shore has had done, it went well, so good for her…now let’s see if she leaves well enough alone.

"Jersey Shore" star Deena Nicole Cortese has denied recently undergoing any new plastic surgery, following new speculation that she has drastically altered her appearance.

"I have not got any plastic surgery ... yes in the past I have had a nose job." Cortese recently wrote via her Twitter page.

"I am not afraid to ADMIT I got plastic surgery. I thinned my eyebrows..and lost weight thanks to the @freshdiet .. and learned how to do my makeup..lighter eye shadow brings out my eyes..and highlight under my eyes gives an effect of higher cheek bones.. the end. If I get the nose job I'll let ya know =]" she wrote.

The 25-year-old reality TV star recently came under fire after new photos displayed what some critics suspect is extensive facial plastic surgery.

Cortese has never been shy about her previous experiences with plastic surgery, once admitting that she underwent a surgical procedure to improve her nose.

"I actually had a nose job," she previously told Page Six also adding that to people who get plastic surgery she says, "more power to you!"

It’s been a long road for 80′s teen sensation Debbie, sorry, Debra Gibson, but it’s always been a fairly successful one; it’s also been a road that included plastic surgery. Since her days touring malls in support of “Foolish Beat”; Debra, who now splits her time between music and doing movies like Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus, and shows like Celebrity Apprentice; Debra has visited the surgeon at least once, but probably twice. She’s gotten a nose job (rhinoplasty) to take her nose from the somewhat bulbous one she had back then to the thin and pinched one she has today, and has also reportedly has some sort of dental surgery to make her gums less prominent.

Whatever, she’s done, she looks great, and she we would totally not fire her if we were Donald Trump. What comes as a surprise to us though, is that she didn’t get a breast augmentation before appearing in Playboy a few years ago, she went natural on that front.

The new cast of The Celebrity Apprentice was recently revealed, and wow, Donald Trump has basically assembled a Celebrity Plastic Surgery all-star team for this season. The cast includes former American Idol winner and recipient of various facial procedures, Clay Aiken; Growing up Gotti star and nose-job lover, Victoria Gotti; 80s pop star Debra Gibson and her new nose; plastic surgery lover and former Danity Kane star, Aubrey O’day; and Real Housewives/Plastic Princesses Teresa Guidice and Nene Leakes. There’s a whole lot of plastic in this bunch, enough that it might give them an unfair advantage over the other contestants and their pesky natural features.

Tabloids reported that former husband of Liza Minelli, David Gest, regrets multiple facial cosmetic procedures.

David was quoted as saying

‘All of a sudden I decided to have a nose job and facelift in one operation,
and have cheek implants and a cleft chin a week later,’

‘I went ahead because I was unhappy.
But if I could live my life again, I wouldn’t do it,’

Well to late now Dave. You should have thought bout that before you went and plasticized your face.

Sometimes it takes celebs a shockingly long time to figure out relatively obvious stuff. Okay to be fair, sometimes it takes me a really long time too. But I don’t splash my face all over the tabloids (much as I try, they keep ignoring me), so I can at least keep my stupidity to myself. Mostly. Although it took him a hell of a long time to get to the realization, David Gest, perpetually surprised ex-husband of Liza Minnelli, admits he regrets his decision to go under the knife. Though I’m guessing it’s more like knives.

    ‘I’ve never thought of myself as handsome,’ he says. ‘I can’t bear to look in the mirror. I was an idiot to have plastic surgery – there was nothing wrong with my nose. But nobody could have stopped me at the time. I was a foolish kid.’

    David, now 55, says appearing on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2006 helped him accept his appearance.

    ‘It is the best thing I ever did,’ he says. ‘I finally realised that people liked me. I guess people saw the real me and realised I wasn’t just a freak in sunglasses. I get mobbed in the street by fans now. It’s crazy, but I love it.’

Oh where to start. First off – and this part isn’t David’s fault – cosmetic surgery done 27 years ago probably isn’t going to look as good as it would if it were done today. Technology is significantly more advanced in that field. So I kind of feel badly for the guy. Right now I’m reading a book called Beauty Junkies about the overemphasis we place on cosmetic surgery in America, and it talks about some of the things people used to get injected with. Scary stuff. I don’t even want to imagine what’s floating under that guy’s head.

All that said… it’s been awhile, perhaps it’s time for some touch up work. I understand being afraid after being made to look like… I don’t even know what to compare Gest to. A sleepy Michael Jackson? But I would think there’s some way a really good surgeon could correct some of his facial features. The most obvious being the perma-surprised brow. I don’t think anything else is so gasp-worthy on him, and it really leaves an impression. And while it’s nice that he feels better about himself… I’m going to have to argue with the whole idea that people mob David Gest on the street. I mean I do, but I have a lot of questions for him. Most times he just looks surprised and runs away.

As he sits on the brink of turning sixty, David Coverdale, the Deep Purple replacement singer turned founding and only remaining original member of Whitesnake looks pretty great for a woman his age. There’s only one problem, he’s not a woman his age, he’s a man. In the last few years, Coverdale has started to look more and more like someones cool aunt, and less and less like the sex symbol he was in the 1980s.

There’s two reasons this could happen: either he’s just aging like that or he’s had work done. I’m going to lean towards it being a combination of the two. It looks like he got plastic surgery, most likely a facelift, and that it accentuated his already sift features, making him look lady-like. He also appears to have gotten procelain veneers put on his teeth since they went from stained to pearly white over night. It’s hard to fault the guy though, he’s still touring with his band and living his dream, so if he looks a little off while doing it, I guess those are the breaks.
